We will provide a clean, enriched environment and a nutritious, varied diet for all rats in our care.

We will socialize all rats with both male and female humans.

We will breed female rats between the ages of four months and ten months only.

We will plan and monitor each mating carefully.

We will not cull any litter.

We will maintain records in order to track health, temperament, and longevity.
